1.  All items are guaranteed genuine (unless described otherwise) and condition as described.  They can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full and immediate refund.

2.  Any item can be sent for expertization to approved German expert if requested in writing within 7 days of purchase.   In the case of an adverse opinion, cost of expertization plus purchase price immediately refunded.  No refund in case of a "no opinion" or a declined opinion.

5.  New clients please provide APS,  USPCS, GCPS or major philatelic society member number or three dealer references.
